Attorney Jenna R. DeMartino is an Associate at Needle | Cuda, concentrating on matrimonial and family law in Connecticut, with a focus on complex family dynamics, particularly custody-related issues. Before joining Needle | Cuda, Attorney DeMartino worked at a New Haven County law firm, where she managed high-conflict divorce and custody cases. She has represented clients in juvenile, Superior, and Probate Courts, building a well-rounded understanding of the legal system.
Certified as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and Attorney for the Minor Child (AMC), Attorney DeMartino is listed on the court-approved AMC/GAL list in the Judicial Districts of Stamford, Bridgeport, Milford, and New Haven. During law school, she held leadership roles, including serving on the board responsible for faculty hiring and organizing the annual Barrister’s Ball. After graduating, she mentored law graduates preparing for the bar exam. After law school, Attorney DeMartino clerked for a Family Judge in Milford, CT, worked for the Farmington Regional Probate Court and the Office of the Attorney General.
Attorney DeMartino graduated from Western New England University Law School and joined the Connecticut Bar in 2020. Before attending law school, Attorney DeMartino earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
